Microsoft reported the issue was fixed on the 26/11/2024 statement:
After a period of extended monitoring, we’ve confirmed through customer reports and service health telemetry that the issue is resolved

Update from Microsoft:
We're still addressing the remaining impact to the Outlook on the web service that is affecting some users. We’ve applied mitigation actions to reduce the mail queues and we’re continuing the extended period of monitoring to ensure stability continues.
Update from UMA:
While we are still observing errors originating from Microsoft, the volume of errors has significantly reduced compared to yesterday. However, as minimal errors are still occurring, we will continue to classify this as a state of degraded performance.
We will monitor the situation throughout the day and provide updates as necessary.

We're continuing to reroute traffic to alternate infrastructure and have reinitiated targeted server restarts to ensure the fix takes effect as expected. We're monitoring to confirm the restarts proceed successfully. We don't yet have an estimated time to resolution; however, we'll provide one as soon as it becomes available

The patch has deployed 90 percent, and according to telemetry, service availability is recovering. An estimated time to completion of the fix is not yet available. Targeted server restarts are underway to address routing service issues, with priority on customers who are currently in business hours or beginning their business day.

Impact on UMA Vision: This Microsoft 365 disruption affects UMA Vision's ability to load map data reliably. Our application relies on free/busy information from Microsoft 365 to provide availability feedback. Due to the ongoing service issues, this functionality is currently impaired.
We are actively monitoring the situation and remain in contact with Microsoft. The next update from Microsoft is expected at 14:00 GMT.
